The clean varietal white 2023 The Flower And The Bee Treixadura is sold in some markets with the label in Spanish, La Flor y la Abeja. It is a straightforward and fruit-driven varietal Treixadura with floral and white fruit aromas and a fresh palate with moderate alcohol (12.9%) and good balance and freshness denoted by the pH of 3.33. It fermented and matured in stainless steel. 70,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024.
