Piper-Heidieck's NV Brut is a fresh, young and modern cuvée with an open white fruit aroma on the nose intermixed with brioche flavors. Pretty round and elegant in the mouth, this is a very aromatic, but also finesse-full and refreshing blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. It is quite fruit-intense in the finish.
