Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs is quite fresh and has an interesting intensity. It is one of the best young biodynamic wines without ageing, produced by the Parés Baltà winery.
This winery has a history of more than 200 years, and is certified organic, as well as Demeter certified biodynamic winegrowers. This organic white wine is one of the most popular wines of this winery because of its exquisite flavour and aroma, as well as its balance. It is a wine that will not leave you indifferent.
Winemaking
The natural white wine Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs is made with the grape varieties Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel-Io. The grapes are harvested by hand, after selecting the best grapes when they are at their optimum ripeness.
The grapes are then gently pressed by gravity in the cellar. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, for about two weeks, at a temperature of 16°C.
Taste
This is a fresh wine that has aromas of white fruits with a floral background, and it also has herbaceous notes.
Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs is a crisp wine, with citrus notes and a good finish. It also leaves certain hints of white flowers and has a pale yellow colour, very bright with straw-coloured reflections.

It is a vegan wine with concentrated citrus notes, intense fruit flavour and good acidity. This white wine comes from organic farming where the soil is worked with minimal intervention.
