Not yet in bottle during my summer visit last year, the 2022 Gigondas Les Jocasses has hints of crushed stone and garrigue that accent bright cherry notes in this full-bodied blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre. Ripe and round, plush and velvety, this is a strong effort from Chapoutier.
