Description
L'Ether Créatif Tupi Tamanduá is an ancestral sparkling wine made by Marina and Dede Santos in the Jura and Beaujolais regions of France. This wine is produced with Chenin Blanc grapes purchased in Saumur Champigny Cru, Loire, grown organically by Claude Mesnard.
Winemaking
Vinification includes hand destemming, direct pressing with vertical hydraulic press and spontaneous fermentation in tanks, finishing the fermentation in bottle. Only 850 bottles of this wine are produced without added sulphites. The name and label pay homage to the Brazilian indigenous peoples, highlighting their contribution to the preservation of the planet's biodiversity.
