Description
Jordi Llorens Blan d'Angera is a white wine made from Macabeo and Moscatel grapes by the Celler Jordi Llorens winery in Conca de Barberà, Spain, Catalonia.
The grapes come from a vineyard cultivated following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture for the preservation of the ecosystem planted on soils of carbonate shales and calcareous sandstones.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected to guarantee their excellent quality. The must is left to macerate in the cellar for a week. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks in order to maintain varietal purity.
Subsequently, the wine is aged for 6 months in large amphorae on its lees.

Jordi Llorens Blan d'Angera is a white wine with floral, fruity and herbal aromas. On the palate it is unctuous, fresh and long, with a moderate acidity, it is a delicacy!
