Description
Jordi Llorens Blan 5.7 is a white wine made from Macabeo and Parellada grapes by the Celler Jordi LLorens winery in Conca de Barberà, Spain, Catalonia.
This exquisite wine comes from vines planted in 1990, cultivated following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture planted on calcareous and shale soils, located at an altitude of 420 metres above sea level.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and a precise selection of the grapes is carried out to guarantee their excellent quality. The must is left to macerate in the cellar for a week. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks in order to maintain varietal purity.
Subsequently, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on its lees. It can be observed with a slightly cloudy appearance due to the fact that it is bottled without being filtered or clarified.

Jordi Llorens Blan 5.7 is a white wine with fruity aromas and citrus nuances. It is fresh on the palate with a rich acidity and a long finish with an aftertaste that is very pleasant to drink!
