Description
The white wine Derain Bourgogne Blanc is produced without ageing. It is usually believed that white wines of this type are young wines of the year produced for immediate consumption and that they have an inferior quality to other types of wines, however, it is enough to taste them to know that nothing is further from the truth.
There are different varieties such as Albariño, Riesling and Verdejo which, due to their fresh and varietal style, appreciate the absence of ageing in order to maintain their purity.
This Bourgogne Blanc, although few know it, comes from young Chardonnay vines and a little Pinot Blanc in the village of Sint Aubin. It is very fleshy, but more refined than its brother La Combe.
Winemaking
The winemaking process gives this wine a unique flavour that distinguishes it from other young wines. The alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous with natural yeasts.
Thebiodynamic system is used for this wine, which stimulates the ferrous brown and crushed soils. The wine is made with a minimum of chemical additives.
Taste
This exquisite wine has an aroma of flowers and fresh fruits as well as a mineral wine with hints of wild herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, dynamic, rich and very elegant.

Despite being a wine of the young category, it has electrifying aromas and unique flavours, which allow you to experience different sensations from the crianza wines, with many points in its favour to compete with the bigger ones.
It is a perfect companion for different dishes such as pasta, seafood and fish, achieving a combination of flavours with unique sensations.
