This is an impressive quartet of sparkling wines from Colet. The non-vintage Grand Cuvee is 70% Chardonnay, 20% Macabeo, and 10% Xarel-lo which spent 36-48 months on its lees and received no dosage. Light gold in color, this classy sparkler has crisp green apple and melon flavors, excellent balance, and elegance.
