Description
Cinclus SC is a high quality wine produced in Barcelona by the DG Viticultores winery. This delicious wine is made from Chardonnay, Albariño and Riesling grapes grown in steep terraced vineyards, which makes it an elegant and complex red wine, with notes of red fruits, spices and minerals.
All in all, it is a perfect wine to accompany meat dishes and strong cheeses, according to those who choose it.
Winemaking
Cinclus SC wine is made by a careful and detailed process. Grapes grown in steep terraced vineyards are used, which allows for superior quality.
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected to eliminate those that do not meet quality standards. The grapes are then destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, where it matures for at least 12 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to settle in the cellar for a few more months before being released onto the market.
The entire process is carried out under strict quality control to guarantee the excellence of this red wine.

Cinclus SC wine is elegant and complex, with an intense and deep flavour that reflects the minerality of the region. Ripe red fruit flavours stand out, accompanied by spicy notes.
