Using organic grapes from her five hectares of vineyards in the Arbois region of France, she creates special and vibrant wines. When she started in 2005 in the Jura she had only two hectares and gradually grew, thanks to her great talent. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented without the use of SO2 or chemical yeasts. Only indigenous yeasts are used. This is why his technique is as captivating as it is ancestral. He only works with people who share the same vision and values.His wines are 100% natural, unfiltered and there are no additives at any stage of the process. Most are fermented and matured in fibreglass or steel tanks, with no temperature control. Their very high quality is the result of the high amount of work involved. They are wines that can be drunk as an aperitif, dinner and celebration.
