Description
Ve d'Avior Patatilla is a red wine made from grapes of the Callet variety from the Balearic Islands. It is a wine that forms part of the catalogue of the Bodega Galmés i Ribot, which is characterised by its own expression of each type of wine.
It is the product of a process that guarantees the natural treatment of the fruit, ensuring that the flavour of the grape is present in its most natural version, without the addition of chemical products.
It is defined as a fruity and juicy red wine, with a character capable of conquering the finest palates.
Winemaking
The production of Ve d'Avior Patatilla wine is characterised by the application of artisanal and biodynamic techniques, which not only protect the environment where the fruit is grown and processed, but also interrelate to influence its flavour.
During the harvesting phase, the fruit is harvested by hand, ensuring that each bunch is in an optimal state of ripeness. They are then subjected to spontaneous carbonic maceration, using the fruit's indigenous yeasts. This process is carried out in stainless steel barrels to preserve the original flavour of the grapes.
Finally, the must obtained is taken to bottling, without undergoing filtering processes or the addition of sulphites.
