Description
The Tintilla Nude wine by Barbadillo is a non-crianza red wine that not only seeks to offer the maximum expression of the fruit, but also to denote in each sip the naturalness of the production processes without intervention.
It is a product of the processing of 100% Tintilla de Rota grapes, grown in Albariza soils that by definition are water and nutrient retentive, which lengthens the ripening process of the fruit, impacting on the flavour of the wine.

Winemaking
The Tintilla Nude de Barbadillo wine, as we have already mentioned, is a single varietal red wine, as its must comes from the processing of a single type of grape, which is the Tintilla de Rota.
It is a wine that is not subjected to any type of ageing, as the winery ensures that the fermentation process does not lose or interfere with elements that alter the aromas coming from the Tintilla de Rota. The result of this process is a red wine classified as young and fresh.
Taste
The Tintilla Nude de Barbadillo wine has a dark and opaque red colour. In its aromas we will notice the fruity tones that define it as expressive. In the mouth, its peculiar characteristic is its freshness, perfectly combined with the presence of tannins and floral touches.
A wine without ageing
As we have already mentioned, this is a particular wine where, as well as ensuring the minimum intervention of chemicals or industrialised techniques, it is not subjected to a period of ageing, as the winegrower intends it to express the aromas and flavours of the fruit itself. It is ideal to accompany appetizers, fresh cheeses, blue fish, tapas or appetizers.
