Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Le Regard is a wine that expresses the depth of its flavour in every sip. It is another red wine that follows the philosophy of Jean Pierre Robinot, who ensures that each edition maintains the natural expression of the fruit, avoiding human intervention or chemical products during processing.
It is also a complex wine that hides in its aroma and flavour different tonalities, finding in each sip the presence of red fruits, earthy nuances and some spices.
Elaboration
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Le Regard is a wine made from Pineau D'Aunis, a grape variety grown and harvested in the vineyards near the Loir.
Like all the winemaking processes of this winery, the fermentation phase is carried out under artisanal techniques using yeasts indigenous to the fruit.
Moreover, the fermentation is carried out spontaneously, using indigenous yeasts. It is then aged in stainless steel barrels to ensure that the flavour of the wine is not altered.
Finally, it is bottled without being subjected to filtering, fining or the addition of sulphites.
