Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts begins in concrete vats, followed by racking after 2 days and final fermentation in 500-litre barrels. Aged for 3 months in 500 litre barrels.
Description
It is a wine from old bushes with a colour similar to claret, which has a different structure. Its style is fruity and juicy red, characteristics for which it is classified as a young wine.
Thanks to its great quality and unique flavours, it is perfect for sharing at any time such as important dinners for a greater experience.
Winemaking
La Floridita Bonus Track is a hazy, pale red made from 10% all-organic black listan that reveals the volcanic soils of Tenerife at 350-450m. This wine retains very electrifying flavours that last over time. And the best part? It is easy to drink and enjoy.
It is a wine with a very careful elaboration process, fermented spontaneously with autochthonous yeasts with a part in concrete tanks and the other part in oak vats, its ageing is of 3 months.
Its fermentation begins in concrete and after two days it is incubated. The liquid is then transferred to 500 litre barrels without skins to continue fermenting, where it remains for at least 3 months to finally obtain a rich wine with an unequalled freshness.
Taste
It is a sweet tasting wine with deep aromas of red fruits, floral and Provençal herbs. In the mouth it is intense and very rich, with high acidity.
Undoubtedly, its texture is fine and charming; typical of a natural red wine.
