Description
The Joan Rubió Essencial wine conveys in every sip the passion with which it was crafted. The Joan Rubió winery is renowned for producing wines of the highest quality, and this is no exception.
Each grape was carefully selected and cultivated for its production, thus ensuring its quality and maintaining its flavour in the most authentic way possible. As a result, this wine stands out for its delicate craftsmanship and distinctive character.
Winemaking
To make this wine, grapes of the Xarell variety are first harvested. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must, which is then fermented in stainless steel containers for 6 months.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 3 weeks, where it is softened and acquires woody notes. It is then bottled and stored for a period of time to refine its flavours.
