The 2014 130 is a pure Xarello that fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, where it was kept with the lees for six months before it was put in bottle to referment and age sur lie for no less than two years. The bottle I tasted had obviously had a longer time in bottle and showed yeasty and smoky/flinty notes, quite subtle and harmonious. The palate is dry and effervescent with small bubbles and a tasty, long finish. 5,000 bottles.

Minimum ageing of 36 months in the bottle before disgorgement by hand.
