Winemaking
The elaboration of this wine is a long and careful process, which begins with the careful harvesting of the grapes at their exact point of ripeness. After the selection process, they are carefully pressed to extract their juice.
This juice goes through the fermentation process at low temperatures inside French oak barrels, which helps them to have a smooth and complex flavour profile.
