The very young and slightly reductive 2023 3055 Chardonnay Is varietal (white and yellow fruit), fresh and harmonious, remarkable for a very dry year like 2023. It has 13% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity, with a certain lightness and finishes dry. It was bottled unoaked. 64,793 bottles were filled in February 2024 from a total of 130,000 liters.
