Júlia Bernet Barraca dels Coscons 130 Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made from 100% Xarel-lo grapes grown in the family vineyards located on the slopes of the Ordal mountain in Catalonia. This wine belongs to the collective brand Corpinnat, which guarantees the production of high quality organic sparkling wines. Harvested by hand, the grapes were harvested at the optimal moment of ripening.
Winemaking
The production of Júlia Bernet Barraca dels Coscons 130 Brut Nature follows the traditional method, with a first spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and a second fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum of 36 months of ageing. No sulphur or shipping liquor is added, maintaining its pure and natural character.

Júlia Bernet Barraca dels Coscons 130 Brut Nature is distinguished by its integrity and elegance. It has a straw yellow colour, clean and bright. On the nose, it is very intense and complex, with peculiar notes of citrus and bakery, evoking memories of toasted pastries and aromas of yeast. On the palate, it has a fatty texture, with toasted notes and fine, well-integrated bubbles. Its flavour is dry, with a balanced acidity that counterbalances fatty and creamy textures, making this sparkling wine an ideal choice to accompany appetizers, seafood, white fish and rice dishes. In addition, its intensity and toasty aromas make it perfect for pairing with grilled foods, smoked foods or creamy sauces.
