The 2020 Ignios Orígenes Vijariego Negro is one of the vintages with less alcohol, 12.9%, as they harvested very early, but it was an early cycle anyway. The wine is pale and ethereal with a fragile personality, elegant and subtle. The palate shows quite shy flavors, fine minerality and grainy tannins. This is austere beyond the character of the year. 3,901 bottles were filled in November 2021.
