Even better and even more of a bargain than the Manzanilla Maruja is the NV Fino Camborio, a new player in the Fino league sourced from the Macharnudo and Añina vineyards in Jerez and aged under flor for 7/8 years in a solera and two criadera systems aged in Jerez. It has a bright golden color denoting some age and a nose of esparto grass, olives and chalk, and a light palate, quite sharp, clean and precise, somehow austere. There are two bottlings per year. 1,000 bottles.
Between 8ºC and 10ºC
Biological ageing for 9 years with the traditional Soleras system in American oak casks.
