Description
Domaine De La Pinte is a family-owned winery, currently run by the second generation. Its vineyards of approximately 34 hectares, located in the Jura region of France, are characterised by blue marl soils at about 400 metres above sea level.
Their white wine Sav'Or is macerated with Savagnin skins from the AOC Arbois, which is produced by the winery itself. This wine is made entirely from Savagnin grapes.
Winemaking
In the vineyards of Domaine De La Pinte Sav'Or, its blue marl soils are worked biodynamically. The grapes are harvested by hand and once in the cellar, they are completely destemmed and macerated with the skins for 10 days.
The fermentation process is carried out with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks. Finally, the wine is aged on its lees for six months in concrete tanks.
Taste
Domaine De Las Pinte Sav'Or is a structured white wine with balance due to its soft tannins. A wine with notes of citrus fruits, spices, citrus fruits, herbs and a fantastic freshness provided by its acidity. It is saline with an elegant texture.
