Derain Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne is a natural red wine, produced by Dominique Derain, whose winery under the same name of its creator, is located in the Burgundy region, France, which produces high quality natural wines, such as the one mentioned above.
Winemaking
The Derain Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne wine is made from two small, very old plots of vines that are more than 100 years old, and from another plot of recent vintage, which is located at an altitude of 290 metres above sea level and whose soils are composed of clay and limestone.
The harvest for the production of Derain Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne is carried out by hand and fermented in French oak barrels. It takes ten days of maceration and finally ages in the barrels where it is fermented for a period of 18 months.

The Derain Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne is a delicate wine, rich in aromas. Wild fruits, dark flowers and a slight hint of pepper can be appreciated in its taste. The palate is elegant, with silky tannins, acidic freshness and balanced.
