Description
De Moor Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy is a white wine produced from chardonnay grapes by the Alice and Olivier De Moor Winery of AOC Chablis Burgundy, France.
These grapes come from two organically farmed plots on ancient rocky clay and limestone soils located in the south of AOC Chablis called Bel Air and Clardy that give shape to a pure and elegant chardonnay.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes during transport to the winery. De Moor Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy is then fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts in used barrels, followed by aging for at least 12 months. Finally, it is bottled without filtration and without added sulfur.

De Moor Chablis Bel-Air et Clardy is opulent, fresh and elegant on the palate, with delicate fruit aromas and notes of wild herbs, good mineral tension and a long, pleasant finish.
