Description
Château de Beauregard's Saint-Véran wine is defined as fresh and balanced, offering a seductive experience that combines fruity flavour with a harmonious citrus lingering on the palate.
It is a white wine without ageing, product of the processing of 100% Chardonnay grapes, where the winegrower achieves the lively expression of the fruit, without the intervention of chemicals.
It is classified as one of the most famous white wines in France, because its unequalled flavour evokes elegance and freshness, without leaving aside the traditional touch of the wines of this winery.
Winemaking
The Saint-Véran wine of Château de Beauregard is also part of the single varietal wines of this winery, being Chardonnay the type of grape used for it.
For this wine, artisanal techniques are applied in the harvesting process, as the winegrowers ensure that each bunch of fruit has the ideal freshness when it is pressed.
The best bunches are selected by hand, ensuring that the grapes have not begun a process of decomposition that could affect the flavour and aroma of the must. The wine is then fermented for 8 months on its fine lees in stainless steel barrels.
Taste
The Saint-Véran wine stands out visually for its yellow colour and golden reflections that make it look bright and clean. As for its aroma, you will notice the presence of ripe fruits with citrus tones. On the palate, its texture will denote the elegance and freshness that characterises it.
A fresh and ripe wine
Saint-Veran wine is classified as a mature wine, as it manages to perfectly balance its aroma, flavour and persistence on the palate. It combines very well with seafood, fish, goat cheese and white meats.
