The 2016 Les Bruyères Vin Jaune also has the classical Arbois style of Jaune, open and large, a little in the style of the one from En Spois, as they have similar soils, but this is more concentrated, as it has full southern exposure and the grapes get more sun, which is reflected in the wine.
