Description

L'Ange Vin L'Iris is one of the best natural wines of France. It is produced in the cellar of Jean Pierre Robinot, the creator of the internationally famous magazine "Le Rouge et Blanc". He is also the creator of two ranges of wines, Les Vignes de l'Ange Vin and l'Opera des Vins wines.
The main difference is that some of the wines in the first range are made from grapes grown in his own vineyards, while the other wines are made from grapes purchased from another organic winegrower.

Winemaking

The organic wine L'Ange Vin L'Iris is made with grapes of the Chenin Blanc variety, coming from vines about 90 years old, cultivated in the Loire Valley, in France, following biodynamic principles and with total respect for the land.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously and slowly, taking several months and up to a year, and then the wine is aged for two years in old oak barrels, to finally be bottled unfiltered, unclarified and without the addition of sulphites or other chemicals.

Taste

The aged white wine L'Ange Vin L'Iris has a long finish and a concentrated mouthfeel. This wine leaves notes of white fruits and is dry with little sugar. It also has some citrus touches and volatile notes. It is a wine that feels quite acidic at the beginning, but then it softens and balances out.

An unforgettable organic wine

You can pair this white wine with white meats, blue fish and cheeses, as its flavour and aroma will not overshadow these foods, but rather enhance them.
L'Ange Vin L'Iris wine is considered one of the best in the region by expert tasters, so you can't miss it!
If you have to organise a dinner with family and friends, don't forget to serve this unforgettable wine. Then you have to write to us and tell us how your experience was.
