Clos Lentiscus Pet Nat Gentlemant Malvasía de Sitges is a sparkling wine made exclusively with the Malvasía de Sitges variety by the Clos Lentiscus winery in the DO Penedès (Catalonia).
Elaboration
The grapes are harvested by hand. This wine is made using the ancestral method, with fermentation beginning in the tank and ending in the bottle. The pressing is direct.
The fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, the end of fermentation is in the bottle.
Finally, it is left to age for 36 months on its fine lees.
