I loved the still white 2019 Vinya del Noguer produced with Xarel.lo grapes, a wine with a strong personality, very different, with a nose that made me think of food, salty and marine, with notes of wet chalk and a flinty/smoky touch. It has contained ripeness, moderate alcohol at 12.2% and very good freshness and acidity, remarkable for a very Mediterranean vintage. This has to be one of the finest still whites from Xarel.lo grapes. This matured in concrete egg and amphorae. It's complex and full of energy and light. Superb. 2,263 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2022.
