Description
Júlia Bernet Exsum Rosé Brut Nature is an authentic expression of the winemaking tradition of the Corpinnat region. This sparkling wine is made from the indigenous Xarel.lo Vermell grape variety.
Winemaking
The grapes are macerated with the skins for about 10 hours without the use of sulphur dioxide. Afterwards, the wine is pressed and fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts for a period of 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests for 7 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle is carried out following the traditional method with a minimum period of 42 months of ageing in rhyme.

Júlia Bernet Exsum Rosé Brut Nature stands out for being fresh and highly aromatic. Its notes are reminiscent of red fruits, such as strawberry or blackberry, evoking sensations of fresh and juicy red fruits. Its flavour is dry and persistent, making it extremely pleasant on the palate. This combination of freshness and persistence makes it an ideal choice to accompany aperitifs, rice dishes or pasta.
