The red 2017 Hush shows a similar profile to the rest of the reds; ripe black fruit, creamy, spicy and smoky notes from the oak and a tannic palate dominated by oak flavors and textures. It's true that the reds used to be a lot oakier in the past, but I still can't get to the wine behind all that oak. For fans of oaky reds. 1,312 bottles were filled in June 2019.
