The 2023 Selecció Blanc is expressive and nuanced and shows a strong personality. It was produced with Garnacha Blanca from old vines on limestone 'panal' soils. It fermented in stainless steel and matured in 500-liter barrels, 600-liter foudres and amphorae. It's ripe and comes in at 14.5% alcohol, but it doesn't show over-ripeness or excess. It's round and lush, with very good freshness and acidity.
