Ratapoil Rempart is a remarkable wine made by Raphaël Monnier at his Domaine Ratapoil in Jura, France. The wine benefits from a warm climate and an abundant harvest that allowed experimentation with new vinifications.
Winemaking
The bunches of grapes were destemmed by hand before being placed in concrete amphorae to macerate for a year. This winemaking method produces a wine that is light in style but with a richness that perfectly balances lean fruit with an exceptional saline core.

Ratapoil Rempart is a vivid expression of Jura terroir, showing a balance between body and acidity that surprises with every sip.
