Description
The Nicolas Renaud winery offers us the exquisite young red wine Clos des Grillons Les Grillons Rouge, produced in France, specifically in the Rhone Valley region, with grapes of the Cinsault and Grenache varieties, among others that we will highlight later on.
These vineyards are between 30 and 60 years old, and the entire cultivation process is carried out respecting biodynamic principles and care for the environment.
Winemaking
Clos des Grillons Les Grillons Rouge wine is made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Boourbolenc and Cinsault grapes grown under biodynamic principles.
When the grapes are ripe, the grapes are harvested by hand. Then, for six days, the grapes undergo carbonic maceration without destemming.
Spontaneous fermentation is then started with indigenous yeasts. Finally, the minimum amount of sulphites is added before bottling by gravity. From the first sip you can appreciate the finesse and elegance of this gourmet wine.
Taste
Thanks to the elaboration process mentioned above, we obtain this seductive, natural, vegan and organic red wine, quite light and fresh, which leaves certain notes of red fruits on the palate.
When tasting this wine, which leaves a pleasant explosion of red fruit flavours, you can also perceive some spicy notes and its quality, which reflects the care and dedication with which its elaboration is carried out.
