Description
Clos des Grillons Le Pic Gris is an exceptional white wine from the Rhone Valley region. This wine is a predominant blend of Picpoul Gris, accompanied by Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc. The grapes come from 50 year old vines, grown on a single hectare of chalky and sandy soil.
Winemaking
This wine is made with a minimum of intervention, using indigenous yeasts and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for the Picpoul Gris and Grenache Blanc. The Bourboulenc, on the other hand, is aged in neutral oak barrels. This careful process ensures the freshness and purity of the wine.
