The Xarello without added sulfites is sold later, and the one in the market now is the 2016 Capficat. It's a very clean and precise white wine with a very tasty palate. They keep the wine for longer, with an élevage of two winters, and the wine is bottled quite stable. It's only 10.5% alcohol and has great citrus freshness. How is it possible to make such fresh wine in a warm place and in a warm year? I like this wine very much. 1,666 bottles produced. There is no 2017 or 2018 Capficat.
