The 2021 Gran Caus Blanco is a blend of 50% Xarello, 30% Chenin Blanc and 20% Chardonnay that was fermented in stainless steel and bottled unoaked. It has the house style, moderate alcohol and ripeness, balance and freshness, reflecting the environment, with notes of Mediterranean herbs and a saline touch. 19,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2022.
