The NV SLQ is a blend from different years. It includes a Listán Blanco (and a little Malvasía) from 2019 from Sitio de Los Quemados, a plot she has worked since 2016, that fermented and matured in chestnut barrels with a very long élevage in an oxidative way and was blended with some Malvasía from 2022 from the same place. There's also a touch of volatile acidity here, and the wine is quite wild. She likes the mouthfeel, where she thinks that 'there's so much going on, it makes it very intriguing,' and is not bothered by the volatility. It's pungent and makes you salivate, and it's intense, long and characterful. But it's more challenging and is not a wine for everybody. 1,013 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2024.
