The deep golden 2021 Capitel has a very expressive nose with notes of pollen and flowers, yellow fruit and herbs. It has a velvety palate with a dry, chalky sensation and a dry finish. The full clusters were pressed and the juice put to ferment with indigenous yeasts in 228-liter oak barrels, where the wine matured with the lees for nine months. It has contained ripeness, 13.5% alcohol and a serious profile and is mineral, tasty and long, with great personality. 1,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2022.
