The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the clusters of Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Tempranillo grapes from the same vineyard. They come from vineyards planted at 480 meters above sea level.
The vineyard is located on terraced slopes with a clayey, calcareous and sandy structure characteristic of the upper Najerilla area of the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain, an ideal soil for the grapes to be exquisite!
In the winery, the grapes are macerated for about 12 hours in the press. The fermentation process is carried out for 15 to 20 days in small wooden vats of not very large capacity of about 2000 liters at a controlled temperature of around 16-18 °C. At the end of fermentation, the wine rests for 3 months. Before bottling, it is cold stabilized.

It is a special drink ideal for any time of the year that combines the qualities of white wine and red wine.
