This 43rd edition of the "La Bota" series has almost two additional years of maturation and refinement compared to the edition from its "sister" cask (La Bota de Brandy No. 29). Therefore, if the two editions are compared, the profile of the 43 is comparatively less fruity and more rested than that of the 29. On the other hand, when tasted alongside the best brandies of the Mark, both share a marked character of finesse and delicacy as opposed to a tradition that tends more towards rotundity and intensity. Like No. 29, this edition is a single cask and the contents of the cask have been completely emptied on both occasions, making each of the approximately 700 half-liter bottles that make up La Bota de Brandy No. 43 a jewel of very limited availability and, strictly speaking, unrepeatable as such.
