Antoine Lienhardt Crucify Your Mind is the first wine launched by the Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage in collaboration with Domaine Antoine Lienhardt. This wine stands out for its carefully supervised vinification and blending process.
Winemaking
The varieties include one third Pinot Noir in direct press, one third Syrah and one third Grenache in semi-carbonic maceration for five days. This wine, described as an ultra-light red with ruby tones.
Taste
The taste of Antoine Lienhardt Crucify Your Mind is extremely fruity, evoking small berries such as raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, cassis and wild strawberry. This combination produces an explosion of flavours on the palate, transporting memories of childhood and fruit picking moments, but with a superior intensity. It is a wine best enjoyed chilled, ideal for a sunny afternoon, offering an experience closer to that of a rosé wine than a traditional red wine.
