The 2020 Petit Hipperia is a blend of 35% Cabernet Franc, 34% Syrah, 24% Petit Verdot, 6% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon; the blend is different each year, but this it's time very different. It's ripe and heady at 15.5% alcohol, with toasted and spicy peppery flavors on the palate. 35,238 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2022.
