Description
Ombretta Rosso is a young red wine of the year made with the red varieties Cabernet Franc and Merlot from the vineyards of Alex della Vecchia in San Donà di Piave.
Winemaking
Most of the grapes used in this wine are destemmed and fermented spontaneously with their skins for a week. Subsequently, the wine matured for eight months in old butts. Finally, it is bottled without fining or filtering. The end result is a smooth wine with delicate tannins.
Taste
Ombretta Rosso is fresh and vibrant. The soft tannins present in the wine give it a pleasant and balanced texture, making every sip a unique experience.
