Winemaking
Sito Moresco is composed of a blend of grapes: 60% Nebbiolo, which brings elegance and structure; 40% Barbera, which brings freshness and liveliness. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, which guarantees the preservation of the fruity aromas and the addition of complexity and structure to the wine. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a period in the bottle before release.
Taste
Sito Moresco has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it displays aromas of red fruits such as plum and cherry, accompanied by spicy notes and a touch of minerality. The palate is harmonious and juicy, with ripe, well-integrated tannins that give it a silky texture. Flavours of wild red fruits, herbaceous and vegetal notes are perceived, culminating in a long and balanced finish.
