Clos Lentiscus Gentlemant Sumoll is a sparkling wine made exclusively from Sumoll by the Clos Lentiscus winery in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.
It is a natural wine made from Sumoll grapes that come from vines planted on sandy-limestone soils with classic cultivation methods without pesticides or herbicides.
The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are then destemmed and macerated for a few hours. Fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and the fermentation is completed in the bottle.
Finally, it is left to age for 36 months on its fine lees.
Clos Lentiscus Gentlemant Sumoll is a sparkling wine with citrus and fruity aromas, with good bubbles. In the mouth it is fruity and with great acidity, which makes it very stylish, a subtle and delicate single varietal, well worth a try!

Clos Lentiscus Perill Noir Sumoll is a red wine produced by the Clos Lentiscus winery that shows the character of a historic variety in the Penedès.
This wine, like others from the same winery, was produced using methods that were used in the past, using indigenous grape varieties from vineyards that face southwards, towards the Mediterranean Sea.
In the gastronomic field, this wine is perfect for dinners with friends and to accompany Iberian cold meats, seafood and white fish.
