Christian Tschida Himmel Auf Erden Red is a wine that captures the essence of earth and sky. Produced in renowned vineyards, this wine is a masterful blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Zweigelt. These varieties complement each other, offering a flavour profile that is both robust and subtle.
Winemaking
The winemaking of this wine is a testament to dedication and artistry. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring that only the best bunches are selected. Once harvested, they are destemmed and crushed by foot, a traditional method that respects the integrity of the fruit and extracts its juices naturally.
