The 2024 Vermell has as subtle reduction that makes it more serious, but it's still juicy, fresh and fine-boned. This changed a lot when they stopped using Garnacha Tintorera in the blend; it's now 70% Mandó and 30% Arcos, with 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.4 and 5.25 grams of acidity. This is more serious, rounder than the 2023, with a different profile, a little more structured, which shows a little the character of the year. The wine has grown up. And it's a bargain. 40,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2025.

Partial destemming and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 months in 2,800 liter earthenware jars.
