You open it and you are immediately transported to those Langhe hills, where the Dolcetto vines are entangled in clay and limestone soils, absorbing centuries of history and terroir.
Winemaking
Behind Bera Vittorio Sarvanét there is a clear philosophy: to intervene as little as possible and let the grapes speak for themselves. Therefore, the grapes are gently destemmed and left to macerate for 15 days in concrete. No industrial yeasts, everything here is natural, without haste or artifice. The result is a wine that tastes like what it should taste like: pure, honest, straight to the palate.

At first sip, Bera Vittorio Sarvanét surprises. It has that vibrant point of young Dolcetto, with a refreshing acidity that makes it ideal to liven up any meal.
